課程概述 |
This module aims to cover the backgrounds of next generation sequencing (NGS), and what you can do with it in research. This module will also provides hands-on exercises from real-world scenarios. |

課程目標 |
Basic background in NGS and to deliver the most updated knowledge, skills and applications of genomics to current biological problem |

課程要求 |
Some familiarity and actually interested in bioinformatics. Need to have own laptop with UNIX (Mac, Linux..etc) system installed. |
